HAVERHILL — A Meredith man who was convicted in January 2018 for felony drug possession in Belknap County has been indicted on another felony drug charge in Grafton County.

Richard Monty, 24, of True Road, in Meredith, was indicted on a Class A-level charge of possession of fentanyl.

Monty was among those who are either central New Hampshire residents or whose alleged drug crimes occurred in central New Hampshire to be indicted by the latest session of the Grafton County grand jury.

According to the indictment, the charge stems from Monty’s arrest last July in Bristol.

The others indicted were:

Clifton D. Joyner, 30, of Pleasant Street, in Laconia, was indicted for possession of methamphetamine, and possession of the opioid pain reliever buprenorphine.

Mason Gagne, 27, of Bog Road, in Alexandria, was indicted for possession of methamphetamine.

Jennifer M. Malloy, 34, of Akerman Lane, in New Hampton was indicted on a charge of possession of the sedative alprozolam.

Shane E. Benton, 29, of Main Street, in Thornton, was indicted on a charge of possession of the opioid pain reliever buprenorphine.
