WOLFEBORO — Granite VNA will offer Walk-In Wednesday on Wednesday, Sept. 25, 10 a.m.-noon at the Wolfeboro Public Library, 259 South Main St. It is an opportunity to get questions answered.

A Granite VNA social worker/notary public is available to: Discuss end-of-life wishes, review advance directives to ensure it reflects desired future medical care, assist with filling out power of attorney for healthcare and/or living will, and provide information about resources and services.
