CENTER HARBOR ― Quality Care Home Health & Hospice is offering a four-week support group, Being with Grief, on Wednesdays, March 18 through April 8 from 4:30 to 6 p.m.
“Our hearts go out to anyone who has suffered the death of a loved one. Your grief is your own, but our sincere hope is that you do not have to walk with it alone,” said Dan Kusch, host of the group. “Our circle is a place to gather with others who understand and care ― a place to share and to learn ways to cope and meet our lives now.
“Grief is so tenderly, utterly human and touches us all,” Kusch continued. “So often people say they never thought they would be someone who would come to a gathering like this. And how glad they are that they did.”
