GILFORD — The saying goes, "you are the thoughts that you have." Perhaps more well known is "you are what you eat." How one thinks and the things they choose to put into their bodies can greatly affect how they feel.
Join the Gilford Public Library on Wednesday, Oct. 7, at 11:30 a.m. for "Good Food, Good Mood." Hannaford dietician Braelynne Jurius will talk about all the ways people choose to consume influences not just for their bodies, but for their minds as well. Shoring up mental acuity may be as simple as a few small changes to one's diet, and Jurius can show how.
