FRANKLIN — Franklin Savings Bank recently purchased New Hampshire Tax Credits, which will help support Belknap Economic Development Council's initiatives in the county for 2019. Upon receiving the donation, Justin Slattery, executive director of Belknap EDC, acknowledged the Franklin Savings Bank commitment to their community, and support of Belknap EDC and its mission.
