First, you assume (we all know what that means) that Dr. is a medical doctor; second, you cite a study on the leading causes of death in the U.S., not in any way related to medical malpractice; third, statistically reporting more people in the U.S. die from gun violence — that is, Florida Sun Trust Bank shooting yesterday.
Get real Ken and face up to reality!
