OSSIPEE — “Succession” star Nicholas Braun was reportedly arrested on a DUI charge last Friday in Moultonborough.

Braun, who played Cousin Greg on the HBO series that ran from 2018-23, was pulled over by police in Moultonborough and taken to Carroll County jail in Ossipee on a DUI charge, according to NBC News.

The actor was operating a vehicle on Lee Road in Moultonborough at around 11:15 p.m. without lights, NBC said, quoting Moultonborough police.

A representative for the actor did not immediately respond to an NBC's request for comment.

The HBO star was reportedly locked up for almost an hour before being released on personal recognizance.

No bail was posted for Braun, though he will reportedly be required to show up for an arraignment on Sept. 16 in Ossipee Circuit Court.

A source told Page Six of the New York Post they believe Braun was in town for a wedding.

The 6'7", 37-year-old actor made a name for himself in the popular HBO drama as the idiodic yet cunning and beloved character, Greg Hirsch, aka “Cousin Greg" aka "Greg the Egg."

For his role, the New York native received three Emmy nominations for the award for outstanding supporting actor in a drama series.
