CONCORD — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is attempting to locate fugitive Joshua A. Cismowski, wanted for a probation violation following charges of domestic violence and assault, among others. He is known to have violent tendencies.
Cismowski, 30, a white male, has brown hair and eyes, is 5'9" and 140 pounds, and has no known tattoos or distinctive scars.
Cismowski has been on probation from Carroll County Superior Court since June 6, 2023, related to charges of domestic violence and assault with bodily injury, drugs and unauthorized use of a vehicle. He failed to appear in court on May 10, 2024, which resulted in a warrant for his arrest. He also has an outstanding arrest warrant in Berlin for theft, drug charges and criminal trespass.
He was last known to reside in Berlin, where he has family, friends and associates.
Anyone who sees Cismowski or anyone who looks like him should not attempt to apprehend him, but instead contact the state Department of Corrections at 603-271-1804, the Carroll County Sheriff's Office at 603-539-2284, their local police department or 911.
