Timothy M. Davis, 74, passed away May 11, 2024, at his home due to chronic illnesses.

Timothy was born on Oct. 22, 1949, to Rose Mary Lassonde Davis in Concord. After graduating from Bishop Brady High School, Timothy enlisted in the U.S. Navy where he studied electonics and radio mechanics. Timothy received the National Defense Service Medal before being honorably discharged. 

He then joined Concord Police Department where he was a proud sergeant. After 26 years with CPD he became a court security officer at the federal courthouse in Concord.

Timothy married Virginia Fournier in 1970. They had three children before parting ways in 1992. 

Timothy was a well-loved man who was known for his honor, spirit and humor. He referred to himself as "Joe Cool" or "The Boss." He would often ask people "Who's your buddy?!?" often while giving a noogie. Timothy enjoyed computer programming, electronics, camping at Paugus Bay Campground for many years, water activities, Corvettes and music.

Timothy was predeceased by his daughter Laurie Davis, his mother Rose Davis, and his cousin Judy Bennett.

Surviving family members include his wife of three years, Patricia Slater Davis; two daughters, Jordan Ide and her husband Mark Ide of Campton and Amy Davis of Andover; two stepsons, Jesse Slater of Chelmsford, Massachusetts, and Charlie Adcock of Belmont; along with 13 grandchildren.
