TILTON — What started as traffic violation stop into felony drug charges by State Police earlier this month.
Daniel Ward, 47, of Tilton, was charged with felony possession of controlled drugs, misdemeanor possession of prescription drugs, transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, having an open container of alcohol or marijuana, as well as driving with a suspended license.
