To The Daily Sun,

The thing that upsets me the most about the attacks on the current administration over these boat sinkings is the new people jumping into the fight not because they care about the issue, but because their drugs are getting more expensive or their 501(c)3 is losing donations.

Obviously, we have the usual “Donald Trump can do nothing right” crowd, but now they’re joined by people addicted to these drugs and by the 501(c)3s that profit from people being addicted.

Local Facebook groups are overflowing with comments saying, “We want these drugs, stop sinking the boats.” A quick look at the profiles confirms that some of them are drug users, and others claiming “Americans want drugs and it’s a free market” work for the nonprofits that don’t make a dime unless people stay addicted.

I just finished reading a trending hit piece on the issue, so as always, I looked up the author. He wrote a book arguing that it’s OK to do drugs and that we shouldn’t outlaw them, just promote moderation. He even claims that addiction doesn’t control people and that if we simply let everyone do drugs, everything will be fine.

These are the types of people demanding that we stop sinking these drug boats.

Personally, I say sink them all. I am not pro death with the exception of self-defense or the defense of others. These strikes are a defense of our country and its people.
