It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Maureen L. Bouchet, a beloved wife, mother, and cherished member of her community, who left us peacefully on June 20, 2026, in Concord, at the age of 68.

Born on Jan. 9, 1958, Maureen was a dedicated homemaker and a talented merchandiser in the greeting card industry, having spent many fulfilling years with American Greeting Cards.

Maureen was a woman of gentle grace whose passions included bird watching, gardening, and nurturing her beloved houseplants. Her love for the simple joys of life extended to the kitchen, where she found pleasure in cooking, often preparing meals that brought family and friends together. Her warmth and kindness were evident in every interaction, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived by her devoted husband, Gary Bouchet, and her adored daughter, Julie-Anne Bouchet, and her son-in-law, Brett Danderson. Maureen's legacy of love, strength, and dedication will live on in their hearts and memories.

Maureen was preceded in death by her parents, John and Helen (Graham) Rink, and her son, Matthew Bouchet, who died in 2008.

A celebration of Maureen's life will take place at 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 25, at the American Legion Post 49, located at 4 Park St. in Northfield, where family and friends are invited to gather.

As we remember Maureen, let us cherish the moments shared, the lessons learned, and the love given, knowing that she will forever remain in our hearts.
