MEREDITH — Antonio “Tony” P. Cillo, 61, passed away on July 15, 2026, surrounded by his family after a battle with cancer that he faced with quiet strength.
Tony was born on Sept. 5, 1964, in Cabimas, Venezuela, to Alfonso and Igina Cillo.
Throughout his life Tony loved anything with a motor — especially cars and motorcycles. While growing up in Venezuela, he enjoyed building and racing his own. This passion prompted his move to the United States in 1986, to attend the Wentworth Institute of Technology. Tony resided in Watertown, Massachusetts, with his late grandparents and later moved to New Hampshire to help his aunt Margo at her restaurant. Tony was the beloved “Pizza Guy” at Rossi’s Restaurant in New Hampton, for 38 years, where he later met his wife, Kerry.
Tony was the calm in everyone’s storm and lived a life of kindness that made those around him feel loved and cared for. Above all else, Tony cherished his family. Time with his wife Kerry and two sons Michael and Tommy were his favorite moments. Whether it was kayaking on the lake, celebrating holidays at home, or eating lobster rolls at Wells Beach, Tony was simply happy to be with family — these memories will keep his spirit alive.
Tony is survived by his wife of 32 years, Kerry Cillo, and their sons Michael and Tommy of Meredith; mother Igina Cillo of Venezuela; aunt Margo Rossi of Meredith; siblings Angelo Cillo of Venezuela, Sabatino Cillo (Angela) of Spain, and Rosalba Cillo of Venezuela; mother-in-law Irene Quinn; sisters-in-law Kathy Yost (John), and Mary Beshta; brothers-in-law Paul Colaianni (Asha), and Luke Quinn (Keri); and many beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father Alfonso Cillo and father-in-law George Quinn.
A calling hour will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. on Monday, July 20, in the Narthex of St. Charles Borromeo Church, 300 Route 25.
A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m., on Monday, July 20, also at the church.
Burial will follow at Oakland Cemetery, Meredith.
