LACONIA — Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation is preparing for its annual Lakes Region Pumpkin Figure Contest fundraiser, with support from Happy Cow Ice Cream on Union Ave. From Oct. 16 through Oct. 18, Happy Cow Ice Cream will donate a percentage of all weekend sales to the Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation "Friends of the Foundation Operating Fund."
While out exploring the pumpkin figures, stop by Happy Cow Ice Cream for a well-deserved break. An interactive map of the pumpkin figures will be available on the foundation’s website. The Lakes Region Pumpkin Figure Contest has become a community favorite, drawing participation from families and businesses throughout the Lakes Region.
Contest registration, as well as tickets for the foundation’s additional October fundraisers, are available through the Pumpkin Figure Contest tab on the Lakes Region Scholarship Foundation website at lrscholarship.org.
