GILFORD — With the new year comes new year’s resolutions. For those looking to get into or to keep in shape, the Gilford Public Library has myriad programs to do so. 

There is Fun and Fitness with Joyce on Mondays and Thursdays, Feel Good Fitness with Dottie on Tuesdays and Senior Stretch Yoga on Wednesday. Line dancing of various degrees of complexity is also available several times a week.

In addition, there are video-led exercise classes for those wanting something a little easier. And for those looking for a more focused program, yoga instructor Lani Voivod has yoga classes for a fee spanning six week periods.
