FRANKLIN — Franklin Savings Bank welcomes Joe Todisco to the role of SVP, chief retail and customer experience officer. Todisco will be based out of FSB’s Main Office in Franklin.
Todisco comes to FSB with a 25-year career in the banking industry. Most recently, he held the position of VP, regional manager at Northern Bank & Trust, where he oversaw retail and small business banking, developed sales strategies and aligned objectives, fostered critical relationships and partnered with departments to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
“I am most excited to help the retail team members expand on their current skillsets so that we can offer FSB customers an exceptional experience,” Todisco said. “I wanted to join a community-oriented bank in New Hampshire that places both its employees and its customers first.”
Todisco is results-driven with experience improving service levels and expanding market share, while fostering high-value client relationships.
“We are excited to have Todisco join the management team at Franklin Savings Bank,” said Brian Bozak, president and CEO. “His commitment to the customer experience, knowledge of both retail and business banking, and strong strategic mindset make him an excellent fit for the future of FSB and its customers.”
Todisco lives in Derry with his wife, Christine, and three daughters. He has a positive mindset and enjoys golf as often as his schedule allows.
“You become unstoppable when you work on things people can’t take away from you. Things like your mindset, character and personality,” Todisco said.
