ASHLAND  The Friends of the Ashland Town Library will hold their Summer Book Sale from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, on the Ashland Town Library lawn.

The many books, videos and audios will be sold by donation, so the prices are set by the customers. The Friends will also sell baked goods and "blooms," plants and flowers. Two raffles will feature a Picnic Basket and a Summer Tea Party Basket, with tablecloths, plates, books, puzzles, etc. The book sale will be sheltered by a large tent, so the sale will go on whatever the weather.

The Library is located at 41 Main St., at the junction of Routes 3 and 132 in the center of downtown Ashland. The Friends raise money for the support and improvement of the Town Library and its programs.
