To The Daily Sun,
I would like to say how wonderful the Belknap County Nursing Home is and was while my mother was a patient there. She had volunteered there for over 20 years and when the time came, wanted to live there when she could not live at home anymore. Even with staff shortages and COVID issues, my mother was always well taken care of. The nursing home has always be a caring place, and always clean. The front office always greeted my sister and me and kept us informed. Mom raved about the meals and we knew she was happy.
Thank you to all the staff, from housekeeping, laundry, food service and especially the LNAs and nurses. They were so good to her and in her last days, were especially kind to us, providing a quiet place for family and providing us with refreshments. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
