To The Daily Sun,

The Trump administration has repeatedly claimed to be "the most transparent" in history, but nothing could be further from the truth as it relates to the killings by ICE agents in Minneapolis.

The investigations have barely started, and it's already over. Donald Trump and leading administrative officials have aggressively proclaimed the inevitable outcome by coming to conclusions before all the evidence has been collected. Renee Good and Alex Pretti have been described as "would-be assassins" wanting to "massacre law enforcement," and "brandishing a weapon"; allegations that are not only false, but reprehensibly so. Trump, claimed that Good "viciously ran over the ICE officer, who seems to have shot her in self-defense." JD Vance, stated it "an attack on the American people" and that the agent had "defended himself." Norm, declaring that the ICE agent acted in "self-defense" and that Good was engaged in "domestic terrorism." Federal officials who control the FBI fact-finding have prejudged the investigation — they have been hopelessly compromised.

The federal government has blocked local officials and law enforcement from any participation in the investigations, causing many to question if the federal probe will be biased. The support of truth takes integrity, and this failure to cooperate is fueling public distrust and skepticism. It appears that the feds will justify their murders in the streets by falsely claiming these victims were "domestic terrorists."

At the risk of being accused of being an alarmist, I view ICE as becoming reminiscent of Hitler's Brown Shirts of the 1920s.
