To The Daily Sun,

There are a few ways that you can respectfully ask for someone's pronouns:

You can simply ask, "What pronouns do you use?" or "Can you tell me your pronouns?"

You can share your own pronouns and then ask for their pronouns, for example, "Hi, my pronouns are they/them. What about you?"

You can include a question about pronouns on a form or in a written introduction, such as "Please share your preferred pronouns" or "What are your pronouns?"

It is important to be respectful and nonjudgmental when asking for someone's pronouns, and to be open to using the pronouns that they prefer. Using the correct pronouns is a way to show respect for someone's identity and to create a more inclusive and welcoming environment.

Silly me, I thought one of the first things you would ask a person is their name.

Now we have "allowed" the goofy Woke crowd to suggest "pronouns" are a priority.

Sorry, no disrespect here, but any conversations I have will NOT be preceded by "what are your preferred pronouns".
