Jennifer and Allan Beetle of Patrick’s Pub & Eatery present the Greater Lakes Region Children’s Auction with a check for $401,477 on Friday evening following the conclusion of Pub Mania, where 30 teams compete to raise the most money for the Children’s Auction. It’s a huge boon for the Children’s Auction — last year that portion of the effort raised nearly $387,000. That was the record, until the new total was revealed on Friday night. In 2024, the Children’s Auction raised a record $763,344. Douglas Morrissette, chair of the Children’s Auction, hugged Jennifer Beetle after he received the massive check.
