LACONIA — A Tilton man is facing multiple charges of possessing child pornography.
Thomas Falcon, 28, of 377 West Main St., in Tilton, was indicted on nine counts of possession of child abuse images.
Falcon among those indicted for sex crimes by the latest session of the Belknap County grand jury.
Assistant Belknap County Attorney Keith Cormier, authorities found the images when they searched Falcon’s cell phone. He said the investigation into Falcon had been going on for two or three months.
Also indicted was Matthew Hagen, 29, of 1736 Mount Major Highway, in Alton. He was indicted on a charge of aggravated felonious sexual assault (domestic violence).
According to the indictment, Hagen sexually assaulted a 16-year-old girl and threatened to tell the girl’s mother if she did not submit to his sexual advances.
