As part of their efforts to raise money for the Greater Lakes Region Children's Auction, The Rising Suns offered Daily Sun readers the opportunity to nominate someone for a spot on Santa's much-discussed but rarely seen "Naughty List." Here are the nominees:

Ian Clough of Gilford and David Drapcho of Sandwich earned spots on Santa's naughty list this year for blaming it on the dog.

Jeremy Hart of Jacksonville, Fla., was placed on Santa's naughty list this year for lying about his golf score.

Adam Drapcho of Sandwich was cited by Santa on the naughty list for failing to wear pants during a teleconference.

Janis Carroll of Belmont ended up on the naughty side of Santa's list this year for hoarding toilet paper.

Fortunately for them, Santa has also been known to be generous with the reprieves as Christmas grows closer.
