CONCORD — The state Department of Corrections is attempting to locate fugitive Luke M. St. Pierre, suspected of leaving supervised probation in January.

St. Pierre is on probation for burglary charge. He was last seen in Dover around July 13, and is known to have ties in Manchester and the White Mountain region, according to a Department of Corrections press release.

St. Pierre, 45, is described as a 5’11”, 190 pounds with hazel eyes and brown hair. He has a tattoo of barbed wire on his right upper arm and a scar on his knee.

St. Pierre was sentenced in Grafton County Superior Court to probation and a mandatory court-ordered program on April 4, 2024, for conspiracy to commit burglary. On Jan. 8, St. Pierre was on electronic monitoring and allegedly tampered with the device and removed it. At that time, St. Pierre failed to appear for a scheduled hearing on Jan. 9.

St. Pierre's criminal history dates to 1999, with convictions for criminal mischief, burglary, driving while intoxicated, and reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

Department of Corrections staff urge the public not to attempt to apprehend St. Pierre, but to report any information immediately to 603-271-1804, the Grafton County Sheriff's Office at 603-787-6911, their local police department, or 911.
