CONCORD — Concord Hospital Orthopaedics–Laconia welcomes Dr. Michael LeGeyt to the team.

LeGeyt is board-certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery with a certificate of Added Qualification in Surgery of the Hand. His expertise includes surgical and non-surgical hand, wrist, and elbow treatment. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut. He completed fellowships in sports medicine at Seton Hall University School of Health and Medical Sciences in South Orange, New Jersey, and hand and microsurgery at the Warren Alpert Medical School at Brown University based in Providence, Rhode Island.

“We are pleased to have Dr. LeGeyt join our team at Concord Hospital Orthopaedics in Laconia,” said Bill Dooley, vice president operations and chief administrative officer, Concord Hospital Medical Group. “He is an accomplished hand surgeon with an extensive background in several orthopaedic conditions, complementing the various treatment options available to our patients in the Lakes Region.”

LeGeyt enjoys hiking and both water and alpine skiing. He looks forward to assisting patients with their orthopaedic needs.
