Carlson GMAC Home Services will mark the opening of its eighth New Hampshire office on Thursday. The Lakes Region office expands the Carlson GMAC Home Services network to 45 sales offices across Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
The office is located in the Belknap Mall, at 96 Daniel Webster Highway, Belmont. Cheryl Wright, branch executive, said, “I look forward to bringing the Carlson GMAC Home Services concept to the Lakes Region. We are known for our full service model, including home buying, home selling, mortgage, title, and home warranty, as well as our 94 percent customer approval rating. The location here in the Belknap Mall is wonderful. Besides the normal traffic on Route 3, we receive a lot of walk in traffic from inside the mall.” The office features a 37-inch monitor directed inside the mall, showcasing select listings. Currently, there are 18 real estate agents, with room to hire an additional 19 agents in the future.
The public is invited to attend the grand opening on August 24 at 1 p.m. The grand opening will feature a ribbon cutting ceremony by the Greater Laconia-Weirs Beach Chamber of Commerce, followed by tours of the new office and light refreshments.
