Patrick's Pub & Eatery and Juggernaut Fitness team up for 3-day fundraiser

GILFORD — Patrick's Pub & Eatery will host a three-day Giving Back fundraiser on Monday, Oct. 12, Wednesday, Oct. 14, and Thursday, Oct. 15, with 25% of participating food sales donated to Best Buddies New Hampshire.

The event is part of the 2026 Best Buddies Champion of the Year campaign, a statewide fundraising effort supporting programs that create one-to-one friendships, employment opportunities, and leadership development for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Matt Terry, owner of Juggernaut Fitness in Laconia, is competing as a champion candidate this year alongside his mission partner, Ian Clemence Schreiner.

Taking part is simple. Guests dine in at Patrick's on any of the three dates during normal business hours and tell their server they are there to support Best Buddies. Patrick's will donate 25% of that food purchase to the campaign. Members of Patrick's Pub Club can choose to donate their points to Best Buddies instead of collecting them.

"This is an easy and fun way for anybody to help," said Terry. "Grab some dinner, have a great time at Patrick's, and mention Best Buddies to your server. Patrick's has been giving back to this community for a long time, and we are grateful for them and their help with this cause."

Each night carries Patrick's regular entertainment lineup, so guests can make a night of it:

• Monday, Oct. 12: Open Mic at 6 p.m.
• Wednesday, Oct. 14: Team Trivia at 6 p.m.
• Thursday, Oct. 15: Live music with Jeff Mitchell

A Best Buddies information table will be set up on site for guests who want to learn more about the organization's work in New Hampshire.

Patrick's Giving Back program was built so local organizations can raise real money without having to start an event from scratch. The pub schedules a three-day window, guests show up and eat, and 25% of what they spend on food goes back to the cause.

Funds raised go to Best Buddies New Hampshire and count toward Matt and Ian’s Champion of the Year campaign, which concludes at the Champion of the Year Gala on Nov. 14 in Nashua.
