WOLFEBORO — Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro recently named its academic honors for the winter trimester. Thirty five of the 211 students who earned honor roll accolades call the Lakes Region home. Below is a list of the local students who achieved summa cum laude, magna cum laude, and cum laude academic status this winter:

Those who earned summa cum laude status are Randall Preston ’25 of Alton; Logan Cliche ’25 of Alton Bay; Grayson Mouradian ’24 of New Durham; and Heidi Broussard ’25, Cole Butcher ’25, and Cailean Corbally ’24 (all of Wolfeboro). This highest academic designation goes to students with grades of 92 or higher who are taking all their courses at the Accelerated or AP level.

An honor of Magna Cum Laude indicates grades of 90 or higher with all courses at the AP, accelerated, or standard level. Those who earned magna cum laude status are Hannah Parella ’23 of Alton Bay; Coral Detwiller ’25 of Center Tuftonboro; Gianna Sassi ’23 of Farmington; Abigail Jarvi ’23, Rylee Rizzitano ’24, and Tyler Rizzitano ’23 (all of Gilford), Jack O'Neill ’25 of Sanbornville; Jennifer Baldwin ’25, Makenzie Kavanagh ’23, Madelaine O’Blenis ’22, Ana Reynolds ’23, and Zoe Schwartz ’23 (all of Wolfeboro); and William Dumont ’25 and Grace Long ’24 (both of Wolfeboro Falls).

A cum laude designation is awarded to students with grades of 85 or higher in all classes at the AP, accelerated, or standard level and grades of 90 or higher in all classes at the Foundational level. Those who earned Cum Laude status this winter are Archer McClain ’23 of Brookfield, Oliver Raymond ’25 of Center Tuftonboro, and Henry Dumont ’22 of Wolfeboro Falls. Several students from Wolfeboro also earned cum laude status: Jake Apgar ’22, Lily Belisle ’25, Finian Boston ’25, Hayden Brooks ’23, Ava Cole ’25, Andrew Do Carmo ’23, Abigail Fleming ’23, Gabrielle Harper ’24, Jaeger Hendrickson ’25, Annabelle Hunt ’23, Wesley Hunt ’24, Marvell James ’24, Julia Koumrian ’24, Calvin MacDonald ’23, and Timothy O'Keefe ’22.
