CENTER HARBOR — Some highly anticipated titles releasing this week are waiting for you to check out or reserve. In fiction find Colson Whitehead's Harlem Shuffle, Liane Moriarty's Apples Never Fall, Vince Flynn's Enemy at the Gates. Some nonfiction includes Nathaniel Philbrick's new book on George Washington's legacy and Mary Roach's entertaining Fuzz — When Nature Breaks the Law.

Interested in being part of the library team at Nichols? The Library is looking for a part-time library assistant who loves to read and enjoys working with books and people. Visit the website for information on how to apply and a job description: centeryharborlibrary.org.

If there is a book or movie or audio CD you would like to borrow and the Nichols Memorial Library does not own the title, chances are it can be borrowed from a member library for your use. Ask the librarian to make an inter-library loan request for you. Each week, materials are delivered to our library through a share-it system, and in return, we send items from our collection on to other patrons across the state.

Library hours are Monday and Wednesday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Friday and Saturday 10 a.m to 1 p.m. Masks are required for all visitors to the library, and curbside pickup is available.
