NORTHFIELD — National Library Week 2022 is right around the corner — April 4 to 8 — and Hall Memorial Library will be celebrating with new programs for children and teens, spirit week dress-ups, and prizes.
Patrons are encouraged to share their library stories starting April 1, for a chance to win an Echo Dot. Children and teens who participate can win a special LEGO kit. Stop by the library to pick up a print entry form or fill out online at rebrand.ly/HMLstories.
Following a Spirit Week format, Hall Memorial invites patrons to dress up according to a different theme every day of the week: Monday is Pajama Day, followed by Tie-dye Tuesday, Workout Wednesday, Throwback Thursday, and Family Fun Friday where patrons can dress up to match a friend or their whole family. Every patron who dresses up and stops by the library will also be entered into the drawing for the Echo Dot or the LEGO kit.The library offers programs of all types to its patrons, as well as the use of public computers, access to wifi, copying and faxing, and local newspapers. All of these can be enjoyed at no cost to patrons.
