Situated on more than two acres on Weirs Boulevard, this strategically located motel overlooking Paugus Bay has 246 feet of road frontage and deeded lake access to a wharf or sundeck on the shore of Paugus Bay.
The property includes 23 handsomely appointed rooms, a 40 foot heated pool, and a fully equipped game room. There are two boat docks available for guests to use.
