LACONIA — A familiar face in the Lakes Region is stepping into the national spotlight.

Local real estate professional Shannon Casey has been named as the newest host for “The American Dream TV,” the Emmy-nominated lifestyle and culture television show that highlights the people, communities, and entrepreneurs defining the American Dream across the country.

As an associate broker with Keller Williams Coastal & Lakes and Mountains Realty and a lifelong Lakes Region native, Casey brings local insight and personal passion to her role — with a mission focused on “the people, not the places.” On her website, she noted she believes deeply in helping clients, whether residential, commercial, or land-use, and in mentoring new agents.

Her inaugural segment for “ADTV” is set to air this month featuring J's Barge Services, the Gilford-based company helmed by Jason Callahan. J's Barge Services provides essential transportation — from appliances and furniture to construction materials — to island properties on Lake Winnipesaukee, offering full-service handling including pickup, transport, delivery and disposal of old items.

Casey will guide viewers through the diverse stories and hard-working individuals that shape life in the Lakes Region — from entrepreneurs to local business owners — helping illustrate how the American Dream thrives outside big cities. The program airs nationwide on major cable and streaming platforms including HGTV, Travel Channel, Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire, and more.
