MEREDITH — Chip Bruce with RE/MAX Bayside has been awarded the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council of the National Association of Realtors.
Chip Bruce joins more than 25,000 real estate professionals across the globe who have earned the ABR designation. All were required to successfully complete a comprehensive course in buyer representation and an elective course focusing on a buyer representation specialty, in addition to submitting documentation verifying professional experience.
“I pursued this designation because I feel it’s necessary to be able to assist my buyers to the best of my ability using the knowledge I have gained through this and other life experiences. I have worked with the public throughout my life, either as a law enforcement officer, a school resource officer, or an athletic coach. I am passionate about our area and look forward to many enjoyable years here helping buyers find their ideal purchase.”
