Steve Earle: Democrats in control means terrorists are out of control

Oh my gosh, it's Trumps fault! It isn't BLM and Antifa burning Chicago and Portland, it's the KKK and white supremacists. The left has proof just like at the impeachment and the Mueller report and everything. Does anyone really think fake news and far-left Dems actually believe that nonsense, or do they just say it because they have nothing else to say? Leading spokespersons for the BLM and Antifa were threatening to burn cities around this time last year but suddenly it's the boogie men. Even if that were true (it's not) why haven't Democrat mayors and governors stopped them? And therein is the flaw in that BS accusation.

Well suddenly leftist letter writers are outraged The Sun will not print political cartoons anymore, after the outpouring against the disgusting hate and lies from Luckovich. Shoes on the other foot it seems, after years of them shutting down free speech from conservatives. Four prominently left writers,

Veverka, Posnack, Longley and Merwin Ph. D. spoke for "black kids." Ask yourself, are any of the four black? If I tried that they would have hung and burned me in effigy.

Mr. Veverka is big on "facts," so how about these. Black schools in Democratic cities are still among the poorest in the nation, after decades of Democratic control. Still subsidized housing for Blacks in those cities are substandard, run down, nearly unlivable. Democratic politicians have done nothing but provide welfare, food stamps and Medicaid. Black kids deserve good schools, stable families with live in fathers, good balanced meals and clean, crime-free neighborhoods so why haven't Democrats provided that? (Lets not blame Trump or racism.)

Now latest is BLM tried to burn down an apartment build full of families, very peacefully mind you. Everything these people do is defined as terrorism and as such they should be treated like terrorists. But Democrats want to disband police, defund police, imagine new law enforcement, like what exactly? We see clearly what happens when police are told to stand down; laws are not enforced and criminals released without bail. It's called chaos and the leading criminals are mayors,and governors who play social justice heroes instead of doing their elected duties.

Readers you have clearly seen what happens with Democrats in control, terrorists are out of control, what makes anyone believe that would change if more Democrats were elected or re-elected? They do nothing, go along to get along. N.H. seats in Congress need to be filled with responsible law and order, Constitution respecting/following representatives. That means Republicans,because it's clear the other side respects nothing.
