To The Daily Sun,
It's official folks, I am running for a second term as one of your four state representatives under the golden dome.
Here is a list of my priorities over the next two years.
1. I will support increases in public education funding that will move New Hampshire past the current funding battle permanently, "as we know, the status quo will never move us forward."
2. Preservation of New Hampshires state parks and water ways.
3. Protecting a woman's right to IVF, and easily accessible contraceptives.
4. Expanding on core academic subjects like math, reading, science, civics, U.S./world history and biology, with a focus on academic success.
5. Backing our men and women in law enforcement.
6. Preserving the Second Amendment, while also being flexible enough to listen to and strongly consider common sense regulations focusing on gun safety measures.
Most importantly, I look forward to being your representative because I love Laconia.
I have seen Laconia through every transformation good and bad over the last 38 years, and I want to be known as someone who stood up for his family, friends, neighbors and economy that makes our small city go.
I want to be known as a dependable, reliable and reasonable representative.
I humbly ask for your support on Election Day.
Richard Littlefield
