To The Daily Sun,
Time is running short, and by now you’ve most likely made your candidate choices. Still, I do want to talk about one local race in particular, the county commissioner race in Belknap District 3 between Steve Hodges and Eliza Leadbeater. Both have long records serving the public and it’s clear they have similar goals that will only benefit the public over the length of their service.
Having said that, I would still like to make a pitch for Hodges and perhaps sway the undecided voter. I’ve known Steve a long time and he is thoughtful and deliberate in his decision making. He has a proven record of being able to work with others to accomplish an outcome that is in the best interest of all involved.
Please give your consideration to casting a vote for Steve Hodges on Tuesday.
