On behalf of the Robert A. Hamel Community Service Recognition Award Committee, please take a moment to nominate someone who makes a difference in our community.
In honor of the late Robert A. Hamel, a former Laconia City Councilor whose lifelong dedication to our city is evidenced by more that four decades of community service, we are proudly inviting nominations for the second annual Robert A. Hamel Community Service Recognition Award. This award recognizes a community member who embodies the spirt of service, leadership, and civic pride that Councilor Hamel exemplified throughout his life. Nominees should be a full- or part-time City of Laconia resident with exceptional community involvement and volunteerism. The nomination deadline is Friday, Oct. 2.
