To The Laconia Daily Sun,
This reader found the new editorial policy thought provoking. This reader is basically a rule follower but recalls the old adage "all politics is local." So how is one to judge what is the proper balance? William Hemmel's letter echoed this question in the Dec. 9 edition. On the other hand, Mr. Ronnie Abbott's letter seemed to be very national in nature but I can see the drug connection, which is a huge local problem.
This reader will continue to speak her personal opinion and cheerfully accept the final judgment of The Sun's editorial staff as to what is publishable and what is not, contrary to the attitude of some "crybaby" readers. Oops, forgive this reader's name calling.
