To The Daily Sun,
Readers should refrain from their political views and use their own logic. Imagine coming home from work and there are 10 people in the home. They are eating food, using the WiFi, cable, shower and bed. None of these people have permission (or written documentation) to be in the home. Would readers let them stay in their home? Would they ask them to leave? If they refused would they have the local police remove them from their home?
Now use the same scenario but at a much larger scale. Instead of only readers' home, what about our country? Logic tells me that all a person really needs is proof that he or she is allowed into a home or a country. Proof comes in many documented forms. Examples for the home might include an EMT, firefighter, police officer, or an inspector (with written permission). Examples for the country might include a birth certificate, driver's license, passport or visa. If a person doesn't have any of the acceptable documents, due process would be completed. The law enforcements could remove the person from the home or from the country.
Would readers ever ask their local police to return the people they removed from their home after they asked them to be removed? Think about it, please and thank you.
