Bruce Cheney, as has been pointed out by some, has a history of leadership in Laconia. This history qualifies him to lead Laconia during a time of increased growth, knowing what has to be changed, adjusted, eliminated, etc. He has served as police chief and councilor and is well aware of the problems and victories associated with Laconia's history. His leadership ability and integrity will move Laconia forward.
