To the editor,
I was interested to read in John Distaso’s Union Leader column that in only four months, with the support of almost 900 donors, John Stephen raised $664,000. Governor Lynch is in for a fight!
More importantly, I was impressed to see that John Stephen has only spent $63,000 of this money and has over $600,000 on hand. Now that is what I call true fiscal leadership! If John Stephen handles the state budget with such frugality, as I suspect he will, maybe just maybe we will get out of this fiscal crisis that Governor Lynch has lead us into.
