LANDAFF — NH Attorney General John M. Formella said members of the Attorney General’s Office and the State Police Major Crime Unit are investigating an officer-involved shooting Thursday afternoon in Landaff. According to a news release, officers were responding to a report of an adult man walking in and out of traffic on Lost River Road when the incident occurred. During the interaction with officers, gunshots were fired and the man was injured, authorities said. He was taken to a local hospital, where he was receiving medical treatment. Officials said there is no known threat to the public. The circumstances surrounding the shooting remain under active investigation. Additional information will be released as it becomes available, authorities said.
