As vendors set up, motorcyclists arrived Friday morning on Lakeside Avenue at The Weirs, ahead of the 102nd Laconia Motorcycle Week. With a forecast of mild rain for the opening weekend, Laconia Police Chief Matt Canfield encouraged riders to use headlights, stay off the yellow line, and slow down in wet driving conditions.
