It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Aileen J. Kulacz, beloved wife, mother, and sister, who departed this life on April 20, 2026, at the age of 69. Born on June 16, 1956, in Claremont, she was the daughter of the late Norman and Patricia (Vacarest) LaRoche.

Aileen dedicated her career to education as a paraprofessional for the Franklin School District, where she passionately contributed to the growth and development of countless children. Known for her warm, compassionate nature, she created an inclusive and welcoming environment for students and colleagues alike.

She was predeceased by her parents; her son, Lucas M. Kulacz; and a brother, Mark LaRoche.

Family was at the heart of Aileen's life. She cherished every moment spent with her husband, Michael Kulacz, and her daughter Marcy, who, along with her husband, Timothy Johnson, were sources of immense love and pride. Her siblings, Michael, Matthew, Darleen, Doreen, Carrie, Colleen and Melissa, shared many joyful memories.

Aileen was an avid reader and loved capturing the beauty of life through photography, often found photographing people and the flowers that adorned her home. She also enjoyed her family camping trips and Sunday afternoons quilting with her friends, which will be forever remembered.

In honoring Aileen's life, a Mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, May 4, at St. Gabriel Parish in Franklin, followed by a graveside service in Holy Cross Cemetery.
