LACONIA – Charges have been dropped against a Meredith man who had been charged with sexually assaulting his ex-wife with a wire brush while she was house sitting in New Hampton.
Alan Marceau, 61, of 230 Meredith Center Road had also been charged with three counts of simple assault.
"I appreciate my name being cleared by The Sun," said Marceau in a telephone interview. "I wish the best to my ex-wife, Tracy, and will soon be returning to my home, where we both reside, where we will continue to enjoy our children and grandchildren."
