Great Dane owner Christina Fay of Wolfeboro has been sentenced to 12 months in jail, suspended, for 10 counts of animal cruelty. She has also been ordered to pay nearly $800,000 in restitution for the care of her dogs. Fay says she will appeal. More in tomorrow's Laconia Daily Sun.
