CONCORD — State Police are searching for a woman wanted for a probation violation who failed to appear in a Massachusetts court and known to have ties to Carroll County.

Melissa A. Giuliana, 30, is described as being 5 feet, 4 inches tall, 210 pounds, with blonde hair and brown eyes. Authorities say she has connections to Carroll County, the Seacoast, Maine and Lynn, Massachusetts. Police say she is armed and dangerous and has violent tendencies.

Police say she failed to appear in Lynn District Court on July 10 and has a lengthy criminal history including drug, theft, cruelty to animals and assault charges. She may have changed her appearance and may be driving a gray 2013 Honda CRV, according to State Police.

Giuliana allegedly violated probation for possession of fentanyl, operating a vehicle after her license was suspended and assault with a deadly weapon.

Police say she left probation in New Hampshire in November last year and was arrested and later released to a residential program in February but never appeared. After failing to appear in court in March resulting in a warrant being issued for her arrest, she allegedly backed a stolen car into a police vehicle intentionally before fleeing the scene and evading arrest until the next day.

Giuliana later posted bail in Massachusetts and was released but was arrested again the next day in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, where she again posted bail and secured her own release.

She apparently has numerous tattoos and body piercings: an umbrella and cherries on her right arm; stars on her left arm; a dagger, heart and a dragon on her chest; and piercings through her nose and face.

Police ask that anyone with information regarding Giuliana’s whereabouts contact local police, the New Hampshire Department of Corrections at 603-271-1804, the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office at 603-279-2225 or Probation and Parole Officer Chris Barnum at 603-773-0256.
