BELMONT — Norman N. Lacasse, 66, of 532 Laconia Road, died at Genesis Eldercare Network-Laconia Center on Sunday, July 6, 2003.
Mr. Lacasse was born December 25, 1936 in Laconia, the son of Edward J. and Roseaimee (Gilbert) Lacasse.
Mr. Lacasse was a lifelong resident of Belmont and attended the Belmont Schools. He was a heavy equipment operator for the Town of Belmont for fifteen years. He was formerly employed by Gilbert Construction and Frank Dalton Construction. He enjoyed working with his tractor and was a Horse Show Dad.
Mr. Lacasse was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Laconia, NH
Survivors include his wife, Donna J. (Leith) Lacasse, of Belmont; a daughter, Katherine R. Lacasse of Hampton Falls; a stepdaughter, Bonnie Glasglow of Fayetteville, N.C.; a stepson, Marcus J. Weeks of Belmont,; three boys, Mickey, Tippy, and Odie Lacasse of Belmont; two sisters, Rita R. Osgood and Dorothy P. Pelillo, both of Belmont; two step grandchildren, Brian Weeks and Rachel Weeks both of Belmont; four grand dogs, Roamin and Morgan Lacasse and Bear and Chewy Glasglow; several nephews and nieces and a close friend, Ryan Pooler.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2003 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. in the Carriage House of the Wilkinson-Beane Funeral Home, 164 Pleasant Street, Laconia.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, July 9, 2003 at 11:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 291 Union Avenue, Laconia. Rev. Adrien Longchamps, Pastor of the Church, will be the celebrant.
Burial will follow in the family lot in South Road Cemetery, Belmont.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Community Health & Hospice, Inc., 780 N. Main Street, Laconia, NH 03246.
