Beverly A. Andrus, 88

Beverly Ann Andrus passed away peacefully on July 18, 2026, at the age of 88, at her home in Andover. Born on Oct. 25, 1937, in Hopkinton, Beverly filled her years with love and creativity, touching the lives of everyone who knew her.

An accomplished hairdresser, Beverly graduated from Empire Beauty School and embarked on a fulfilling career as a self-employed stylist at her home. She had a passion for enhancing the beauty of those around her, leaving a lasting impression on her clients and friends alike. Beverly's artistic flair extended beyond her profession; she enjoyed crocheting and took pride in canning her garden's bounty, sharing her creations with family and friends.

Beverly was devoted to her family. She is survived by her daughters, Cheryl Hall and her husband Walter and Michelle Laramee and her husband Dennis; her cherished sisters, Phyllis Bane and Linda Witham and her husband Robert; and she took great joy in her role as a grandmother to her nine grandchildren, Stephanie Wilson and her husband Timothy, Samantha Rice and her husband Andrew, Aliyah Perry, Brent Smith and his significant other Fallyn Boisvert, Zachary Hall, Walter Hall IV, Katie Hall, and Sarah Poirier; her great-grandchildren, Michael Roy Rice and Evelyn Mae Wilson; and her eight step- great-grandchildren. Her legacy is one of unconditional love, warmth, and cherished memories.

Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Michael Andrus, whom she married on July 6, 1957; her parents, Phillip and Evelyn (Clark) Blanchette; her siblings, Donovan Blanchette, Freddy Blanchette, Raymond "Jim" Blanchette, Pauline Blanchette, Norma "Judy" Andrus; and a grandson, Harrison Smith.

A graveside service will be held at Lake View Cemetery at 1 p.m. on Friday, July 24. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and celebration of Beverly's life. Prior to the graveside service, visitation will take place at Smart Memorial Home from 4 to 6 p.m. on Thursday, July 23. All who knew Beverly are welcome to join in honoring her vibrant spirit and the countless lives she touched throughout her journey.
