TILTON — McQuade Fine Arts is offering a new series of in-person art classes led by juried artist Stephanie C. McQuade at the Lakes Region Art Gallery in Tilton. These welcoming, hands-on courses are ideal for beginners and emerging artists seeking to build skills in watercolor and pastels.
“These classes provide a supportive environment where students can unleash their creativity and see real progress,” said Instructor Stephanie McQuade.
Upcoming 5-week classes:
Watercolor for Beginners
Step-by-step instruction for absolute beginners exploring the vibrant world of watercolor. These classes will take place on Tuesdays starting Aug. 18 from 10:00 a.m. to noon.
Watercolor Workout
Guided practice class for those with beginner experience who want to build confidence through exercises and feedback. These classes will be on Mondays starting Aug. 3 from 1 to 3 p.m.
Pastels Beyond Basics
Materials review plus personalized guidance on student projects in soft pastels. These classes will take place on Mondays starting Aug. 3 from 10 a.m. to noon.
